**If you would like to run your own satellite operation while having the assistance from the home base of a large Mechanical Contractor, this position is for you. This position could transition into being a leader of others as the work grows in the area. **
General Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years HVAC experience preferred
- Sign on Bonus: Up to $5,000 depending on experience
- Salary Range: $65,000–$95,000
- Travel: Minimal (typically in Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area within a 60-mile radius)
- Specialties: Advanced HVAC service
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Typical Role Description
Candidates experience preferred would be the following:
- Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Able to work independently while coordinating with the main office
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing damaged components
- Performing regularly scheduled preventive maintenance
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs and expectations
