Comfort Systems is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Wichita area.

What You'll Do
- Lead commercial HVAC installation crews on construction projects
- Install and oversee sheet metal ductwork, HVAC equipment, and related systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Plan daily labor, materials, and jobsite activities
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Resolve field installation issues and mentor junior installers and sheet metal mechanics
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience
- Experience leading commercial HVAC installation crews, serving as a foreman, or running commercial construction projects
- Strong sheet metal ductwork installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman HVAC or Sheet Metal License
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience on large commercial construction projects
- Experience coordinating multiple crews or subcontractors
