Customer Support/Service, Driver's License, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Identify Issues, Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Maintenance - HVAC, Physical Demands
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license for a direct hire position in the Hartford, CT area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (on-site)
Pay: $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
- Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications.
- Comply with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE.
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
- Work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license (required).
- Extensive experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
- Clean driving record.
- Boiler and steam system experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (heavier lifting occasionally).
- Ability to work in mechanical rooms and other commercial environments.
- Must be able to safely use required PPE and perform work requiring close and distance vision.
