Now Hiring: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Are you an experienced HVAC technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups
- Install and replace HVAC equipment and components as needed
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective solutions
- Complete warranty and service-related work accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency service needs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with commercial rooftop units, split systems, package units, controls, and refrigeration equipment
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts
