-Must have commercial HVAC experience for both maintenance and repair
-Must be EPA Universal Certified
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers and chillers.
- Perform routine maintenance and system diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC components such as compressors, coils, and motors.
- Provide excellent customer service to property managers and on-site maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- 4+ years of Commercial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
