Commercial HVAC Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen has a well-respected client that needs to add a Commercial HVAC Technician to their hard-working team. Bring your 3 years experience and can-do attitude for immediate consideration. $48-$55 per hour DOE.

DUTIES:

• Service, maintenance and repair packaged and split system heat pumps

• Service, maintenance and repair ductless split system heat pumps and AC units

• Service, maintenance and repair of VAV and VRF/VRV systems

• Control wiring

• Refrigeration piping

• Condensate piping

• System start-ups

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years performing maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems

• Current valid 06A Electrical license

• EPA certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic license

• HVAC controls experience

• Ability to lift 70 lbs

• Computer and smart phone literate

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

ADDITIONAL LICENSES/ SKILLS A PLUS (BUT NOT NECESSARY):

• Mitsubishi City-Multi, LG and Daikin VRV experience

• Control systems experience

• OSHA 10
