If you’re a skilled technician who thrives in commercial environments and takes pride in solving complex refrigeration and HVAC challenges, we want to talk to you.What You’ll DoAs a Commercial Technician, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including:• Chillers• VRF / VRV systems• Walk-in coolers & walk-in freezers• Refrigerated warehouses• Low-temperature refrigeration applications• Mini-split systems• Packaged & split systems• Reach-in coolers• Ice machines• Draft & beer systems• Restaurant exhaust hoodsYou’ll work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality service to our commercial clients while maintaining safety, professionalism, and efficiency.What We’re Looking For• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills• Experience with refrigeration and low-temp systems• EPA Certification (required)• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record• Ability to work in commercial/industrial environments• Professional attitude and strong communication skillsPay & Benefits• $28-$30/hour, based on experience• Full benefits package, including:• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off & holidays• Retirement plan options• Company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment• Ongoing training and career development
