Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foreman - Moore's Electrical & Mechanical

Location: Roanoke & surrounding areas | Full Time | Hourly Pay

The Role:

We're hiring Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foremen who command quality, safety, and efficiency to lead our Commercial and/or Industrial Electrical Projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects
  • Assist crew with installation as needed
  • Assign tasks, inspect electricians' work, monitor team performance, read blueprints, make sure quality standards are respected, and handle customer relations
  • Bend/install conduit and pull electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
  • Hook up/terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.

You Bring:

  • Experience in managing/leading the production of commercial and/or industrial electrical installs for multi-million dollar projects
  • Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials
  • Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience with computers and technology; Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam i.e.
  • Journeyman or Master card preferred
