Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foreman - Moore's Electrical & Mechanical
Location: Roanoke & surrounding areas | Full Time | Hourly Pay

The Role:
We're hiring Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foremen who command quality, safety, and efficiency to lead our Commercial and/or Industrial Electrical Projects.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise personnel completing electrical building projects
- Assist crew with installation as needed
- Assign tasks, inspect electricians' work, monitor team performance, read blueprints, make sure quality standards are respected, and handle customer relations
- Bend/install conduit and pull electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
- Hook up/terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
You Bring:
- Experience in managing/leading the production of commercial and/or industrial electrical installs for multi-million dollar projects
- Experience in cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials
- Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to instruct and teach the above tasks
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience with computers and technology; Smartsheet, Procore, Bluebeam i.e.
- Journeyman or Master card preferred
