Commercial/Industrial Plumber

• Installing and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments.
• Reading blueprints and drawings to understand layouts of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
• Performing routine maintenance of plumbing systems and troubleshooting system issues.
• Using various tools and equipment to perform their duties, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and plungers.
• Possessing strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• install pipe in hanger 
• run a scissor lift. 
• read tape measure 
• able to handle cast iron pipe (120 lbs.)
• Sauder copper tubing
