Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance task in the most quality and efficient manner.
- Thoroughly complete, in a timely manner, all paper and electronic documentation required in a professional manner (work order notes, PM task, payroll time keeping, etc.)
- Maintain assigned company truck in a clean, orderly, and organized manner.
- Keeping up with all preventative maintenance requirements of assigned trucks, specifically oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, lights, windshield, and inspections.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventories of parts, materials, Freon, and tools.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to company policies and procedures, processes, Team member expectations, and quality and safety standards necessary to perform our work.
- Thoroughly complete, in a timely manner, all paper and electronic documentation required in a professional manner (work order notes, PM task, payroll time keeping, etc.)
- Be effective in communication with the clients, management, staff, supervisor, and other team members
- Have an understanding of HVAC systems and components; adaptable to computer and software applications
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external personnel
- Before leaving job, complete or pause work order on service software, order parts needed to complete job and receive next assignment from dispatcher.
