Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and service needs
  • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications
  • Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms
  • Partner with producers to support account retention and growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with carrier underwriters
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred
  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience preferred
  • Commercial lines insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
