Salary Range: $45000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, fostering strong relationships.
Understand client business operations and risk exposures to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
Develop and present comprehensive insurance sales proposals and renewals, explaining coverage details and options clearly.
Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing for clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products.
1+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a similar role.
Florida 440 or 220 Insurance License required.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and risk management principles.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (AMS) and Microsoft Office Suite; Applied Epic preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
