What You’ll Do:


  • Support our Commercial Lines Insurance Broker with day-to-day service needs

  • Manage and maintain client files with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assist with marketing accounts to multiple insurance carriers

  • Provide sales support to the team

  • Help strengthen and develop long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:


  • Highly organized self-starter who takes pride in delivering quality work

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent phone and communication skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

  • Commercial Insurance License is an asset (not required)
