What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a commercial insurance book of business
- Prospect and develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify risk exposures and design tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity through outbound prospecting and referrals
- Track performance metrics and manage your sales activity daily
- Collaborate with the PRM team to retain and expand client relationships

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active property & casualty insurance license
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a producer
- Proven track record of sales performance and results
- Experience in B2B sales and relationship development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
