This position comes with a healthy base salary depending on experience, plus generous new business and renewal commissions!
Salary Range: $75000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop new commercial insurance opportunities by reaching out to local businesses and following up on referrals and leads.
Meet with business owners to understand their operations, exposures, and coverage needs.
Recommend commercial insurance solutions that fit each clients goals and level of risk.
Prepare quotes, present options, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Build and maintain long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Stay organized with client notes, applications, renewals, and policy follow-up.
Work closely with internal support and underwriting partners to move accounts forward.
Keep up with carrier updates, coverage changes, and industry trends that affect commercial clients.
Support the agencys growth by representing Farmers Insurance with professionalism and care.
Requirements
Prior experience in commercial insurance sales is required.
An active property and casualty insurance license is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage, underwriting, and quoting is required.
Proven ability to close new business and meet sales goals.
Comfortable using CRM tools, quoting systems, and standard office software.
