We have a unique opportunity with a well-established, privately held regional agency in the Greater Boston area (MetroWest). This role offers the unique advantage of stepping into an existing book of business while continuing to grow and build your own portfolio. 

Highlights include: 

• Hybrid schedule in MetroWest Boston, MA  

• $85K-100k base salary 

• Commission structure: 40% New Business / 25% Renewal 

• First-year compensation guaranteed around $160K, with realistic earnings exceeding $200K+ through new business production 

• Established book consisting of mid-market accounts 

• Existing accounts with significant cross-sell and rounding opportunities 

• Dedicated support team including an Account Manager, Commercial Lines Processor, Risk Placement Director, and Claims Manager
