Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Consultant to join a growing Affinity‑focused team supporting national small‑business and franchise clients. This role is ideal for a motivated commercial-lines seller who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys building relationships with business owners, and is energized by developing a strong sales pipeline.


You will prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while leveraging internal resources and best practices to support franchise owners across multiple industries.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel, advancing opportunities from lead to close.
  • Stay current on commercial insurance products, market trends, and evolving client needs.
  • Develop and manage a targeted prospect list, prioritizing outreach cycles and follow‑up.
  • Engage franchise owners and small‑business clients to understand their risk needs and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales colleagues to share insights, refine techniques, and support national‑account selling strategies.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • All education levels considered.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • 2–3 years of commercial or small‑business insurance sales experience.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales approach with measurable success in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong drive, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience selling to franchise owners or multi‑location small businesses.
  • Familiarity with affinity programs or national‑account sales environments.
