Responsibilities
Connect with local business owners to learn about their coverage needs and business goals.
Recommend commercial insurance solutions that fit each clients unique risks and budget.
Develop new business through calls, referrals, networking, and community relationships.
Prepare quotes, explain policy options, and guide clients through the decision process.
Review existing accounts to identify gaps in coverage and opportunities to better protect clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and policy activity in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to keep communication clear and timely.
Work closely with the agency team to support a smooth experience from quote to bind.
Stay current on commercial insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market changes.
Represent Jennifer Zellner Allstate with professionalism, care, and a genuine focus on service.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain one promptly.
Experience in insurance sales, with commercial lines experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including business liability, property, and workers compensation.
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
Clear and confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Comfortable working from the Southaven, Mississippi office.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client needs and follow-ups.
Preferred experience working with small to mid-sized business owners.
Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
