Industry leader seeks an experienced Underwriter to handle small to complex Commercial Casualty accounts through wholesale brokers.
 
Duties:
 
• Underwrite, price, and establish terms & conditions for new and renewal business.
 
• Research market conditions, competitor performance, underwriting environment, and similar. Share findings with internal stakeholders.
 
• Manage timely issuance of quotes, binders, and policies.
 
• Develop and maintain existing and new broker relationships.
 
Desired Experience:
 
• Bachelors degree.
 
• 3+ years of Commercial Excess & Surplus coverage or similar underwriting experience.
 
• Knowledge of Insurance Services Office policies.
 
• Familiarity with rating fundamentals for Auto & General Liability.
