    Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Intelligence Analyst to translate sales, marketing, and digital performance data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role serves as the analytical engine behind our commercial decision-making — measuring what's working, identifying where opportunity is being left on the table, and equipping leadership and the sales team with the intelligence they need to act with confidence.

    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales performance, digital marketing KPIs, pipeline metrics, and customer segment trends
    • Analyze Google Ads and SEO campaign performance; identifying opportunities to improve spend efficiency, keyword targeting, and conversion rates
    • Mine RFQ data to identify win/loss patterns, pricing gaps, and segment-level trends that inform commercial strategy
    • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to surface actionable recommendations for improving inbound lead quality and conversion
    • Support pricing analysis; identifying anomalies, margin trends, and competitive positioning across customer segments
    • Conduct competitive intelligence research and translate findings into digestible summaries for leadership
    • Partner with sales and marketing to define measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance benchmarks
    • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical workflows using AI tools and scripting
    • Deliver regular performance reviews and ad hoc analysis to support commercial planning and decision-making

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
    • Experience with AI tools for analysis, summarization, or workflow automation
    • 2-5 years of experience in a commercial analytics, digital marketing analytics, or sales operations role
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualization or BI tools to build charts, dashboards, or reports, with the ability to adapt to new tools
    • Familiarity with CRM and ERP data structures
    • Strong communicator able to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences
    • Eligible to work in the United States

    Benefits

    • Health Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
    • Paid Time Off
    • Paid Holidays
    • 401K plan with company matching
