An established Manhattan-based General Contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY to oversee high-end commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects throughout New York City. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
As a Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY, you will:
- Manage daily on-site operations for commercial interior construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field-related issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Oversee material deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning.
Profile
A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial interior general contractor.
- Strong experience managing projects throughout Manhattan.
- Proven track record delivering office, corporate, hospitality, retail, or tenant fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of NYC construction practices, building operations, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- OSHA certification preferred.
