An established Manhattan-based General Contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY to oversee high-end commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects throughout New York City. Description

As a Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY, you will:

    • Manage daily on-site operations for commercial interior construction projects.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management, and project stakeholders.
    • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
    • Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
    • Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field-related issues.
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
    • Oversee material deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning.

Profile

A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY candidate will have:
