Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NYOur client is a reputable commercial general contractor with a strong presence in Westchester County and the surrounding New York market. Known for delivering high-quality projects across office, healthcare, retail, education, and mixed-use sectors, the company offers long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and a robust pipeline of upcoming work.Job DescriptionA successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY:Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to project specifications.Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project momentum.Coordinate inspections, permits, and project turnover activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
