This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY:
- Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to project specifications.
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and project turnover activities.
Profile
A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects in Westchester County and the surrounding market.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics.
- Experience overseeing projects in sectors such as office, healthcare, retail, education, or mixed-use.
- Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
