The Assistant Superintendent will play a key role in supporting the on-site management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of construction processes and an ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Description
- Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Support in maintaining quality control standards and conducting inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate project progress and updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Assist in managing project budgets and tracking material and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including daily logs and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
