Run diverse interiors projects across multiple sectors
Our client is a design-build construction and development firm with operations across the Southeast. The company specializes in commercial interiors, healthcare renovations, adaptive reuse, institutional projects, and select ground-up construction. Known for its streamlined design-build approach, the firm has built a strong reputation through repeat business and long-term client relationships.
Supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and reports. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place for construction activities. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial objectives.

Required Experience: Several years of Superintendent or field leadership experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to drive schedules and hold subcontractors accountable.
