What You Will Do (Scope of Work)

As an Independent Janitorial Subcontractor, you will manage end-to-end commercial facility maintenance for assigned client sites according to established standard operating procedures.  

• Daily & Periodic Cleaning: Perform comprehensive floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), dusting, detail surface wiping, and trash/recycling removal.  

• Sanitation: Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock commercial restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.  

• Security & Facility Controls: Ensure client facilities are properly secured upon completion (locking doors, arming alarms, and managing keys/access codes responsibly).  

• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict compliance with performance standards and site-specific scope of work requirements.  

Requirements & Onboarding Support

• Business Structure: Active business entity setup with a valid Tax ID (EIN) or DBA. (We can point you toward fast, easy tools to register your business entity if needed.)

• Insurance Coverage: General Liability insurance and applicable worker coverage/bonding. (We can connect you with vendor programs that offer low-cost, fast-approval contractor insurance plans.)

• Equipment & Supplies: Through our vendor program, partners receive fully provisioned commercial equipment and standardized cleaning supplies tailored for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless setup and operational compliance.

• Reliable Transportation: Dependable commercial or personal vehicle to transport equipment and staff between client sites.

• Background Clearance: Ability to pass standard background checks for team members servicing client premises.

• Experience: Proven track record or strong foundational skills in commercial cleaning, janitorial service, or facility maintenance.
