We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician / Job Runner to lead commercial projects, manage crews, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
This is a leadership role for someone who can run work independently, communicate with project managers, and keep projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
Run and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish
Supervise and lead field crews
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specs
Coordinate materials, manpower, and schedules
Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
Maintain job site safety and quality control
Communicate with office staff, GC’s, and inspectors
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field
Qualifications
Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Proven experience running jobs and leading crews
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial installations
Ability to read plans and layout work
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong leadership and communication skills
Machine operator is a plus
