What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair hot side kitchen appliances and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repairs.
- Utilize field service tools and techniques to perform repairs in various settings, including restaurants and commercial kitchens.
- Operate a box truck for the delivery of parts or equipment as needed.
- Assist in the assembly of new kitchen equipment upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
What You Need
- Must have valid Driver License
- Must have insurable Driving record
- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the kitchen equipment or appliance repair industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and assembly.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC principles is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
