Brown Sugar Bakery in Gardena, CA is offering a unique opportunity for culinary entrepreneurs and food business owners — rent our fully equipped ghost kitchen and bring your food concept to life! Whether you're launching a delivery brand, catering operation, or growing your food business, our professional kitchen space gives you everything you need to cook, create, and scale.



Responsibilities:

• Operate your food business or concept within a shared commercial ghost kitchen space
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after scheduled rental hours
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Manage your own food prep, production, and packaging for delivery or catering orders
• Coordinate scheduling and kitchen use within designated rental time blocks
• Respect shared equipment and communal kitchen facilities

Requirements:

• Valid food handler's permit or food manager certification required
• Active or in-progress cottage food, catering, or food business license preferred
• Experience working in a commercial or professional kitchen setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Reliable, professional, and respectful of shared kitchen spaces and schedules
• Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance
• Self-motivated entrepreneur or food business operator ready to grow
