Description
Waypoint Commercial Landscape is looking for an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead/Driver.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead by example, and keeps jobs running smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on commercial sites
- Perform daily maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, clean-ups, etc.)
- Ensure work meets company quality standards and schedules
- Train and support crew members
- Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, needs, and issues
- Maintain safe work practices and care for equipment
- Minimum 2 years of crew lead or supervisory experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lead a crew and keep projects on schedule
- Valid driver's license is a plus
