Commercial Lending Originations Business Analyst

Partner with credit, underwriting, and IT teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements for credit memo workflows and CRE loan origination systems (e.g., nCino) into functional specifications and system configurations
• Analyze and optimize existing credit memo processes — including data flows from financial spreading, underwriting analysis, and approval workflows — to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual processing time
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations related to credit memo templates, loan origination platforms, and portfolio monitoring tools, including UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage
• Serve as a subject matter liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging prior hands-on experience with credit memo preparation/review in a CRE lending environment to ensure system solutions align with underwriting and regulatory requirements
