The Opportunity\n

You will lead the architectural vision for diverse commercial projects, serving as the technical bridge between creative concepts and field execution. This role offers the unique chance to work within a vertically integrated firm, allowing you to see your designs brought to life by our specialized in-house trade teams.

How You Will Make an Impact\n

  Design and execute comprehensive commercial building projects from initial concept through final construction.

• \n

  Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project integration.

• \n
• \n

  Validate that all architectural designs comply with strict local building codes and safety requirements.

  Manage project budgets and timelines through proactive planning and resource allocation.

• \n
• \n

  Conduct regular site visits to ensure field execution aligns with architectural specifications and quality standards.

  Facilitate client meetings to translate business needs into functional and aesthetic commercial spaces.

Required Qualifications & Experience\n

  Active Architectural License in both Maryland and Virginia.

• \n
• \n

  Extensive experience managing commercial building projects through the entire project lifecycle.

• \n
• \n

  Proven ability to produce detailed construction documents and technical specifications.

• \n

  Deep knowledge of regional building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes in the DMV area.

  Prior experience working in a design-build environment or with firms that self-perform trades.

  Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.
