Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client needs by thoroughly reviewing their operations, risks, and insurance requirements.
Coordinate with underwriters to secure competitive and comprehensive insurance coverage for clients.
Manage the renewal process for accounts, ensuring continuity of coverage and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims lifecycle.
Stay informed about market trends, new products, and regulatory changes relevant to commercial insurance.
Work with producers to manage commercial accounts policy cycle and service needs
At least three years experience in commercial insurance account management
Deep understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
