• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
• Assist clients with policy renewals and claims processing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Utilize agency management software to track client interactions and policy details.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Louisiana.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
