Commercial Lines Account Manager - Property & Casualty
Location: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy
  • Serve as the primary service contact for assigned large business commercial accounts
  • Work closely with Producers to manage all policy-related activities for assigned clients
  • Participate in client meetings with Producers as needed
  • Provide daily client support for policy change requests and coverage questions
Operational Excellence
  • Manage renewals, new business marketing, endorsements, audits, and policy changes
  • Market renewals and new business accounts and provide quote analysis for Producers
  • Review, check, and process policy documents for accuracy
  • Update agency management systems to reflect correct coverages and policy details
  • Invoice agency-billed policies and policy changes
  • Interact daily with insurance carriers to request endorsements, order policies, and respond to underwriting inquiries
  • Review insurance requirements and contracts in support of certificate of insurance requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system (AMS360)
Strategic Contribution
  • Assist Producers in preparing client proposals for renewals and new business
  • Provide guidance to commercial lines assistants supporting assigned accounts
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
  • Contribute to a collaborative, service-driven team environment

QUALIFICATIONS

What You BringRequired
  • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license or resident license in another state
  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines preferred
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier products, rating systems, and carrier portals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience servicing large commercial accounts
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding support staff

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
