Commercial Lines Account Manager - Property & Casualty
Location: Remote | Eastern Time Zone, preferably local to Buford, Georgia

This role will focus on risk management, client servicing and collaborate with producers, account executives, carriers, clients and internal operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do / Your ImpactClient & Relationship Partnership
  • Support commercial Property & Casualty clients by delivering proactive account management, education, and service
  • Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
  • Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by maintaining strong, trusted client relationships and providing responsive support
Operational & Strategic Execution
  • Manage key account servicing processes including renewals, endorsements, claims support, billing inquiries, and account reviews
  • Handle renewals in partnership with producers, including remarketing, account rounding, and presentation of renewal pricing and terms
  • Educate clients on coverage changes, policy features, and risk management considerations
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices
  • Leverage systems and tools such as Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting
Growth & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through increased coverage, account rounding, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Support new business and growth initiatives by assisting producers with servicing and renewal strategy
  • Collaborate with Personal Lines and Group Benefits teams to introduce additional solutions where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

What You BringRequired
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty account management
  • Experience in insurance agency client service and account management
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (state-specific as required)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • Experience working with key or complex commercial accounts
  • Proficiency with Applied Epic and related agency management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
