Commercial Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Representative

This position assists the Producer/Agent with timely and quality handling of customer service needs. Will handle daily responsibilities of answering the phone, transferring calls as needed, taking payments, answering billing questions, sending ID cards, filling claims, certificates of insurance, mail, small administrative tasks, reshopping of current accounts, etc. Benefits offered after 90 days. Monday-Friday 8:30a-4:30p. There is potential to move up the ladder and become a full fledged account manager if applicant gets licensed with the potential to move to management in the future. Pay starts at $18/hour with no experience with potential raises after the 90 day probation period and getting licensed in P&C but is negotiable with experience.

Hold an active Missouri Insurance license Preferred but not required as long as agrees to obtaining license within 90 days.

Know insurance coverages and how to compare requested vs. quoted preferred but not required.

Management experience preferred but not required.

Required experience:

• Customer service experience: 1 year minimum
