This is a generalist book with technology, real estate, construction, and non-profits. Middle market accounts are generally premiums in excess of $200,000. Book Size: The goal is a million dollars in revenue with fewer than 55 accounts.

- This position is primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned commercial customers with a book consisting primarily of technology and entrepreneurial growth-oriented companies
- Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
- Maintains a positive attitude and establishes effective relationships with clients, carriers, and agency personnel
- Complies with client service deliverable standards, including managing policy reviews, certificate requests, and endorsements
- Maintains a thorough understanding of commercial P&C insurance exposures/rating/coverage and forms
