Join a team that's been independent and growing for 125 years. We're looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Franklin team and manage a book of select business unit (SBU) accounts. If you want direct access to leadership, room to grow into new responsibilities, and a team that actually has your back when things get busy, we'd love to talk. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager (SBU), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business commercial insurance accounts. You'll manage renewals, negotiate with carriers, analyze risk exposures, and recommend coverage tailored to each client's business. Acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a policy processor, you'll help drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive service and smart, timely recommendations working closely with producers, underwriters, and the rest of our internal team to get it done. Deland, Gibson is a fourth-generation, family-owned independent insurance agency that has served businesses and families across Massachusetts and New England since 1900. Our Franklin office, Keefe Insurance, brings the same local, relationship-first approach to clients in Franklin, MetroWest, and surrounding communities. We do not answer to outside shareholders- we answer to our clients and one another, and that independence guides how we work, grow, and support our people. WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT YOU BRING
WHY DELAND, GIBSON We're early adopters of new technology and AI-driven tools, but we're also the agency where a real person picks up the phone when a client calls- we believe both matter. Good ideas don't get lost here: when you see a smarter way to manage renewals or serve a client, we listen, and if it works, it becomes how we do business. You'll have direct access to agency leadership, real opportunities to grow into new responsibilities, and a team that shows up for each other- not because they have to, but because that's how we work.
