Review existing policies for coverage gaps, exposures, cross-selling opportunities, and account-rounding opportunities.
Process and oversee policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other service requests.
Prepare and submit new business and renewal applications to appropriate carriers.
Market and remarket commercial accounts when necessary to obtain appropriate coverage and competitive options for clients.
Communicate directly with underwriters and carrier representatives regarding submissions, underwriting requirements, pricing, coverage, and account issues.

Identify opportunities to write additional lines of coverage and increase account retention.
Work closely with producers and agency leadership to onboard new commercial accounts and provide a seamless transition from sales to account management.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client communications, policy changes, follow-ups, and activities within agency systems.
Monitor outstanding underwriting requirements, renewals, audits, cancellations, and other time-sensitive account issues to ensure they are resolved promptly.
