Salary Range: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Assist service staff with processing changes and requests from customers; maintain accurate customer account information through documentation in management system; navigate and process tasks on multiple carrier websites; manage mail processing and delivery/filing for team; keep Commercial Lines team informed of important account activities and carrier alerts; provide customer service and communication internally to team; maintain comprehensive attention to detail and thorough documentation; process all work timely and according to procedures and expectations.

High School diploma required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook.

Highly organized, accuracy with data and numbers; deadline sensitive.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.

Problem solving skills a must.
