Commercial Lines CSR

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This is a fully onsite, 100% service-based role that plays a critical part in maintaining and growing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for servicing condominium accounts, including claims, quoting, certificates, renewals, and working with preferred carriers and surplus lines.
• Process certificates and endorsements, run audits, remarket policies to carriers, and present and bind policies.
• Primarily handle renewal business, with some involvement in quoting new business.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and care in all customer interactions.
• Utilize HawkSoft software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance; experience with commercial property or condominium accounts is a strong plus.
• Currently working as a Commercial CSR or Account Manager.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license strongly preferred; must be licensed in Oregon or able to obtain licensure quickly due to non-resident status.
• Independent agency experience is required.
• Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar insurance management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
• Empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Beaverton, OR.
