Commercial Lines Customer Service Account Manager

My client is seeking a highly organized, process-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and help manage a mid-market book of business. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who values accuracy, consistency, and strong internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative servicing of a commercial book of business with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation
• Prepare renewal timelines, exposure summaries, and organized submission packets
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes in a timely and precise manner
• Issue and track Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery
• Maintain clean, well-documented electronic files within the agency management system
• Monitor renewal schedules and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal team members to keep workflows moving efficiently

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience
• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty license
• Strong knowledge of GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers’ Comp
• Demonstrated ability to manage renewals and service accounts independently
• Proficiency with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
