Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls related to commercial insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general inquiries.
- Track current activities, so you can appropriately respond to commercial insurance related inquiries.
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data.
- Take payments, adjust policies, and make recommendations.
