Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial insurance clients.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.

Assist Account Executives with policy reviews and client servicing needs.

Maintain organized and up-to-date client files within our agency management system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.


Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance customer service role
  • Prior experience managing commercial insurance accounts
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
