Are you ready to take the next step in your insurance career? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping clients, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and account servicing
- Answer coverage questions and provide policy support
- Process endorsements and maintain accurate account documentation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns
- Maintain a professional and positive client experience
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License required
- 1-3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient with computer systems and technology
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
