Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic industry. Your key responsibilities may include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Managing a pipeline of current and potential new commercial accounts
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
Analyzing customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Staying current on DOI regulations and agency compliance requirements
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' offerings
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance
Must have a current P&C insurance license
Commercial Insurance sales experience
Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage a sales pipeline
Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
Familiarity with CRM software, for managing customer relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working in person and networking within the local community

Base Salary ranging from $60,000-$70,000 based on experience
50% new business commission+ 30% renewal commission
