Commercial Lines Producer | Own & Grow a Book | Base + Uncapped Commission

Nick Martinez Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency in Fort Worth, TX, is making a real bet on commercial. We're not adding a producer to a crowded floor - we're hiring ONE producer to own Business Insurance as we scale it, backed by a company-funded lead budget and structured training so you're not starting cold. Build it, own it, and earn uncapped on what you write.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a hunter, not an order-taker:

• You talk in numbers: premium written, hit ratio, retention
• - You self-generate: you build centers of influence and referral pipelines
• - You're energized by uncapped commission, not scared of it
• - You're disciplined: you work X-dates and run a real pipeline
• - You're resilient and coachable: you push through slow stretches and engage the training

The one non-negotiable: an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Commercial lines experience is a strong plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
• - Uncapped commission on new business and renewals
• - PTO, plus paid continuing education and licensing support

Responsibilities

• Hunt, quote, and close new commercial lines business: BOP, general liability, commercial property, workers' comp, commercial auto, and more
• Build and work your own pipeline of small-to-mid-size Fort Worth-area businesses
• Work company-provided leads and develop your own COIs and referral sources
• Round out and retain accounts to grow the book you own
• Hit monthly and quarterly new-business production targets
• Engage in ongoing Business Insurance training and coaching

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
• Commercial lines / Business Insurance experience strongly preferred
• Proven new-business production; comfortable speaking to premium written, hit ratio, and retention
• Self-generator who builds centers of influence and referral pipelines
• Disciplined pipeline management and strong follow-up
• Resilient, coachable, and motivated by uncapped commission
