About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join the MS team. The role is suited to either an experienced producer with a transferable book or someone excited to build one from the ground up. You'll have access to hands-on leadership, robust support infrastructure, and flexible affiliation with offices throughout the region. This is an ideal fit for someone with a hunter mindset, strong B2B sales background, and entrepreneurial drive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development across your assigned territory and verticals
  • Run a full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, presenting, closing, onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention
  • Represent the firm at events, conferences, and industry associations
  • Maintain records in Salesforce, AMS360, and internal reporting systems


Ideal Candidate:

  • Active P&C license (or ability to renew)
  • 1–5+ years of Commercial P&C experience
  • Experience selling into mid-market, construction, habitational, transportation, trucking or real estate verticals
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and close business independently
  • Strong communicator with consultative B2B sales skills
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy while integrating into a regional team
