Commercial Lines Renewal Application Specialist (Remote)

Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Renewal Application Specialist to join their collaborative team.

This role is focused on preparing, reviewing, and updating commercial lines renewal applications to ensure accuracy before submission to the marketing department. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, experienced in commercial insurance renewals, and takes pride in producing error-free work.

$85,000 | Full-Time | Remote

Responsibilities

• Complete and review commercial lines renewal applications
• Update policy information, endorsements, exposures, and related documentation
• Review prior-year applications and identify discrepancies
• Correct errors and ensure applications are complete and accurate
• Assist with DocuSign processing and document retrieval
• Maintain accurate records within AMS360 and related systems
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage a workload consisting of both straightforward and complex commercial accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience minimum required (non-negotiable)
• Renewal application completion experience required (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages and endorsements
• AMS360 experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong computer proficiency and critical-thinking abilities

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM-3:00 PM
